I love sending happy mail, especially when it's a total surprise for the recipient :) This image reminds me SO much of the little lady-I think that's part of the draw for me for these stamps-that I had to use it for a card to send to my sister. She's been having a rough time the last week or so and I figured she could use a little cheer me up card....but not from me-nope this one's from the little lady herself :)
This card uses the same sketch that yesterdays card did SCS SC272. I actually think the circle is just a touch *too* big on this one but it needed to be to get all of this little cutie in. Elizabeth told me that I needed to use the heart border because that would "be I love you" and you know what that worked just fine by me :) She also "found" these cute little flowers on my table and told me that I needed to put it up in the corner to "make the card beautiful".....I do believe that I have a future stamper on my hands :)
Materials used: flower girl (pure innocence); chocolate chip, real red, pretty in pink cs (SU); cream (PTI); dp (SU); tuxedo black (memento); copics; pinking hearts border (SU); nestabilities; chocolate chip ribbon (SU)
Elizabeth was SO excited to send this card to her Aunt Krissie. She wrote out the inside, signed her name and then punched some hearts to show her love. She even used the mini glue dots to adhere them! We put the card in the envelope and addressed it and sent it on it's way. The card arrived yesterday and made Aunt Krissie super happy...which is the best part about happy mail-it brings BIG smiles! I'm going to have to take a lesson from the little lady and send out some more happy mail.....who knows maybe you could be next!!!
Hope you have a wonderful day today! Thanks for stopping by...see you tomorrow with another cute card :)
